Rev. Dr. Rishi Marwad comes from a non-Christian background in India. At the brink of his plan to end his life at age 21, a powerful, bright light from heaven shone upon him, saying, “I am Jesus, your God; I have come to save you.” 

He conversed with Jesus for three hours that night. This incident completely changed his life, and he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. As Jesus said to his disciples in Matthew 9:37b (ESV), “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” 

Based on this statement by Jesus, Pastor Rishi is preparing workers through church planting for the harvest. As Proverbs 29:18a (KJV) says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.”
